SOS (CHIPPED BEEF ON TOAST)

1 pkg corned beef
chopped onion
2 Tbsp butter or margarine
2 Tbsp flour
2 cups milk
salt
pepper

Cook corned beef according to pkg.
This would be to put the meat in a dutch oven
and add enough water to cover the meat.
Bring water to a boil, then simmer for 2 - 1/2 hrs.
Allow the meat to cool for 10 - 15 minutes.
In a skillet, melt the butter and saute onions.
Stir in the flour. Add the milk and stir til thickened.
Slice and shred the beef into the gravy mixture.
Serve over toast.
