SKILLET DINNER

1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 small chopped onion
1 can peas, drained
1can cream of mushroom soup
mashed potatoes
cheese (opt.)

Brown the beef with the onions. Drain.
Add peas, or any other vegetable you prefer.
Mix in soup and enough milk to moisten mixture
into a creamy texture. When hot, top with
potatoes. I make instant for 8 to 10 servings.
If you want you can put cheese on the potatoes
and cover until it melts. You've got your meat,
vegetable and potatoes in one pan!
