STUFFED CHICKEN BREASTS

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 slices smoked ham
4 slices mild cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 cup water
1 can Golden Mushroom Soup

Pound the chicken breasts to make easy for
rolling. Wrap a piece of cheese inside the
ham and roll a chicken breast around the ham.
Secure with a couple toothpicks. Heat the
butter in a skillet and brown the chicken
breasts on all sides. Remove and place in
a baking dish. Add the flour to the skillet
and then add the water. Stir with a fork.
Add the soup. When heated thoroughly, pour
over the chicken breasts, cover baking dish
and bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
Remove cover last 1/2 hour.
