1 cup butter or margarine
1 & 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
2/3 cups hershey's cocoa
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups (12 oz pkg) Reeses peanut butter chips
Cream butter or margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla
until light and fluffy.
Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add
to creamed mixture. Stir in Peanut Butter Chips.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
OR chill until firm enough to form into 1-inch
balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten
with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 - 10 min.
Cool 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet.
Makes just over 3 dozen cookies.
