POPCORN BALLS

2 cups sugar
1 cup white Karo syrup
4 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. water
1 tsp. bkg. soda
1 gal. popcorn

Combine sugar, Karo and butter
in heavy pan. Cook until amber
color, without stirring. Remove
from heat. Stir in water and baking
soda. Pour over popcorn. Mix well.
Butter hands and shape into balls.
Set on waxed paper.
