1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1-1/4 cups flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. mini peanut butter cups
(approx. 40)
Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars.
Beat in egg and vanilla. Mix well.
Stir in dry ingredients. Shape into 1-inch balls.
Place in ungreased muffin tins. Bake at
375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Press a
peanut butter cup into center and push it
down till it is level across cookie.
Let set awhile before removing from pan.
