BAKED HAM GLAZE

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
1 cup orange juice

Place ham and 1 cup water in baking pan.
Bake your ham 18 minutes per pound.
Half-way through baking time mix above ingredients.
Spoon or drizzle over entire ham and bake remaining
time or til internal temperature of ham is 148 degrees.
Remember to always allow meats to set about 15 minutes
before carving to allow juices to stop cooking and
so you do not release all the juice and make a dryer
piece of meat.
