HEART-ATTACK POTATOES4> 16 oz. thawed hash browns 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 Tbsp. melted butter 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. salt garlic to taste 8 oz. sour cream 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 6 Tbsp. butter 1 cup corn flakes Mix hash browns and cream of chicken soup. Melt 2 Tbsp. butter with onion, pepper, salt and garlic. Add to hash browns. Add sour cream and cheese. Melt 6 Tbsp. butter and add cornflakes to it. Stir to coat. Put on top of hash browns. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hr. to 45 min. |
