DANISH PASTRY

1 stick margarine
1 cup flour
2 Tbsp. water
1 stick margarine
1 cup water
1 tsp. almond extract
1 cup flour
3 eggs

Mix 1 stick margarine, 1 cup flour,
and 2 Tbsp. water as pie crust. Pat
into 6 x 12-inch rectangle on baking
sheet. Bring to boil 1 stick margarine,
and 1 cup water. Stir in almond extract
and 1 cup flour. Beat till it forms a ball.
Add eggs, one at a time, stirring smooth
between each. Spread over dough. Bake
at 350 degrees for 1 hour. When warm,
drizzle powdered sugar glaze on.

* Add cinnamon or almond extract to glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar and 1-1/2 Tbsp. milk.
