CINNABON CINNAMON ROLLS4> 4 Tbsp. melted butter 4 Tbsp. water 1/2 small box instant vanilla pudding 1 cup milk 1 egg 1 Tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 4 cups bread flour 2-1/2 tsp. active dry yeast Frosting: 4 oz. soft cream cheese 1/4 cup soft butter 1-1/2 cups confectioners sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1-1/2 tsp. milk Place all of the ingredients in a bread machine and set for 1 hour 40 minutes (or your specific dough machines white dough cycle - NOT A BAKE CYCLE). When done roll out into a 17 x 10-inch rectangle. Spread 1/2 cup softened butter onto dough. Mix 1 cup brown sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon and sprinkle on top. Roll tightly from long edge. Cut into 1-inch slices. Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pans. With a damp towel on top, let these rise till doubled. (an oven turned on to 150-degrees, then shut off works well). Bake at 350-degrees for 15-20 minutes, until golden. DO NOT OVERBAKE! Mix together all of the frosting ingredients and spread on very warm rolls. Alternate Frosting: 3 cups powdered sugar 4 Tbsp. soft butter 1 tsp. vanilla 3 Tbsp. milk (approximate) |
