1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1/4 tsp. water
1/2 tsp. soda
1 cup plus 2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup M&M's (plain)
Blend shortening and both sugars.
Beat in vanilla, egg and water.
Sift together soda, salt and flour.
Add to sugar and egg mixture. Stir
in M&M's. Drop from a teaspoon onto
a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees
for 10-12 minutes.
