* NOTE
Any of my bordered backgrounds may be used in Outlook Express as stationery.
I have Outlook Express 5, and this is how I get my results.

1) Right click on the bordered background you want to save.
2) Click on "save picture as..." and direct it to "(C:)\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Stationery".
3) You are now ready to use it with your Outlook Express.
4) Start your Outlook Express and click on "New Message".
5) From your message box click on "Format", then down to "background", and then "picture".
6) Click on "browse", find the "jpg" of the bordered background and click on that. Next click on "open", lastly click on "ok".
7) You will notice when you type, the left margin may be on your picture. To correct this, click on "format" then "increase indent".
Repeat this until the cursor is off the picture.
8) You also have a sound option for adding music. If you have any midi files on your computer you may add those also.
9) They would have to be stored in your "(C:)\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Stationery" location also.
Follow directions from #5 above, but instead of clicking on "picture", click on "sound" instead. Then find your midi tune. (Remember, it has to be located in the "stationery" folder).
You have an option of having it play the tune once, or continuously.
* Another note to add is that anyone you are sending this to should also use Outlook Express or a similar Mail Program.
If your recipients use a Web Browser such as Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator the e-mail to them may not come through properly.
