I started doing my Web page back in November, I believe. I knew nothing about what I was about to embark upon. However, I did manage to get one page up, even adding a guestbook.
Val signed my guestbook, how she even found it, I can't remember now, but anyway, I wrote her back thanking her for signing. That began a bond that would last a lifetime...
She knew immediately I was a novice at all this, and offered to help me any way she could..Little did she know what she was letting herself in for..{smile} She showed me everything! She took painstaking(I mean PAIN!!)time with me, explaining and repeating instructions to me over and over till I had it down to an art..
Then, I began whining the EVERYBODY had a banner but me..Guess what Val did?? Make me a banner? NO! She made me three{smile} But I would have to say the greatest thing she showed me was how to get music on my pages..Then I realized how easy it really was. I spent HOURS trying to find out about the music, she showed how in all of a few minutes..
Now, she continues to help me, many months later..She made my table you came through on my index page.Over and Over as I continued to make changes..
One thing I need to mention before I go any further..This is not a lady with idle time on her hands, Oh, no, she doesn't sit at her computer waiting for my SOS emails to come through, just to jump at the chance to have something to do..
No, this wonderful Angel has the most extraordinary site on the Web.Her life story, pictures of her family, the most beautiful graphics around,on and on and on..She must have something I do not possess..I have asked her to email me some of that energy..I am still waiting..I could go on and on about my wonderful friend, Val..If you visit her site, you will get a peek at this marvel..
I will close by thanking God for putting her in my life..You never know when you'll receive an Angel, but God knows when you need one..When He sends one your way, be very sure to hold it tightly and cherish it always..I love you,Val.I will never be able to repay you for all you've done for me..But I will continue trying{SMILE}.... |
