| Wow! This is an amazing city! I arrived here on a Sunday with my friend Michael who met me in Zurich, at the main train station. It was a comfortable 4hour train ride on a German Inter City Express train where we read, played games, and talked. It will be sad not to have Michael for translating and for company on the rest of my journey! His flat was 1 train away and not too far, and there are so many great things about Europe thatI have captured inmy journal that I don't have time to write now at the internet cafe. Highlights of the trip so far have been walking around churches, biergardens, parks, and of course Marienplatz Olympiapark Schwimmenhalle Oktoberfest talking/exploring with Claudia Castle Nymphenburger & Schloss |
