We were married in the Chapel located at the Sandals Montego Bay Resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica on October 2, 2000. Sandals does take care of everything literally! My flowers were great (1 doz each of pink roses and purple orchids). The cake was a two tiered wedding cake adorned with a pink rose on top of each tier and was available in vanilla, chocolate or a rum fruit cake (we chose the rum) and it was actually very good tasting! The video is very well done and the photos are great!

The private reception they do for you is very nice and done in good taste. Nicely skirted tables with floral decoration on the main table (they use the same decoration for everyone). We were a party of 4 so there was enough food and champagne. I loved the hors d'oeuvres, they were great. There was lightly battered fried shrimp & fish and meat stuffed pastries. Then there was a tray that had 1/2 dozen of 6 different canapés like crab meat, caviar, etc. Then the cake and of course, the champagne. Being that Charles and I had reservations for our candlelight dinner to eat at the Oleander Room (white glove service...very elegant!) at 7PM it was great not to be too stuffed.
Our wedding coordinator, Lyra, was absolutely wonderful to work with and made us feel so special and made ours "a wedding to remember".
Sandals, really has this wedding thing down pat and I’m glad we did it this way.
