What a weekend:

5th Dec

The weekend started at 2am (yes 2am) on the Thursday morning when we arrived at the POW to rush for front row tickets. It was very cold but we were just excited that RENT had finally returned, we hadn't seen most of them for 11 months.

We were the only people in the line for a long time then we were joined by a sweet guy called Gareth, who we became mates with. I had taken my CD player with me so it soon became a party outside the theatre with people looking at us but we didn't care, it was our way of advertising the show seeing as there wasn't any.

The cast well some of them (Debbie, Jason, Wendy) were late to arrive and couldn't stop to chat when we saw them. We did chat a little to Debbie and Damien oh and Krysten b4 the show after they had done a rehearsal.

The place was packed which was a good thing as there wasn't much advertising for the show.  Aww to see the old cast again SWEET! The new cast work well together.

We have a great time throughout the show and we have to laugh at how CRAP Caprice really was. Mig plays a great Angel and Dougals is a great Mark. Some of the costumes have changed like Angels red dress, Mimi's trousers in 'Out 2night' and Benny's suit in "La Via Bohemia' along with others. 
They have kept in Voice Mail #5 this time round, and the seating for La Via Bohemia is different. Wendy's voice is just as great and so is everyone else's.

After the show we went to the stage door and saw the cast everyone was really nice to us as usual and I got photos with Debbie, Wendy, Krysten, and Yildiz.

Delroy was there opening night as was Al Larson who is such a nice guy.

6th Dec

This was another great night though there were a few seats spare. We rushed again but not so early and we were joined by our mate Claire. The audience were good and cheered along with us on the front row. 

What is with the cast making fun of us? Either it's Debbie, Damien or Mykal; especially during 'Over the Moon' we were laughing the whole time and Debbie & Damien kept looking at us and giving us funny looks and smiling.

Paul Spicer was there and we were chatting away, I just had to get him to sign my pic of the Fame cast. he was so nice and remembered me from ages ago.

7th Dec

Saturday night was a full house we rushed again, and got our usual seats lol.  Debbie came to the stage door to see us and say hi even though she was in a rush to get ready. She always makes time to see us.  She was loving the fact that we had front row seats and shouted BRING IT ON to us!!!!! She love's to see us in the audience she knows we'll get into the show and have a laugh. 

We are so loving the show and so pleased that it's back and may extend the run with Debbie in it.

Be warned Caprice is terrible  but Krysten tells me that she will be on very soon. I can't see why they needed to get a name when the show can sell it's self. The cast aren't liking the fact that she's in it, Krysten rolled her eyes when I asked or should I say pleaded with her so go on as Maureen, Wendy laughed when I told her I felt sorry for her opening night (so many others did last night) and Jason say's they are trying to sell sex now.
