| Name : Micheal Lambert Instrument : Guitar Joined : 8/99 Left : 10/01 Mikee was one of the four founding members of debaser, although the band was invented by him and Ross during Higher Maths and Mikee was part of a nameless pre-debaser band with Andy and Euan. Mikee was incharge of recording and publiscising the band untill he quit the band (for the 3rd and final time) in acriminous circumstances in October 2001, a week before we were set to play with Loki and deadenstereo in Dundee. Mikee has a couple of solo projects called Sgt. Rock and Police Control and has been in numerous Dundee bands including She Kills for Kicks and is now in a band called the A Forest. |
| Name : Euan Douglas Instruments : Drums and Vocals Joined : 8/99 Left : 12/00 Euan was one of the founding four members and played and sang on the Moodswingsandroundaboutsep and the debut album, Another Weekend Indoors as well as writing the Christmas classic, 'All She Wants for Christmas...' with Mikee. |
| Name: Jason Loyd-Elwyn Blyth Instruments: Drums, vocals, guitar, bass and keyboards Joined : 4/01 Left : 9/02 & Rejoined 9/03 Jason was friends with Andrew MacKay who played keys on Another Weekend Indoors and was thus introduced to Ross. During our Easter break 2001, we decided to practice with Jason as Euan was still at university. The subsequent rehersals went so well that Jason stayed in the band untill moving to Australia over a year later. Jason returned from Australia in September 2003 and subsequently rejoined debaser. Jason has released a couple of solo EP's and an album as DJ Floaf. Jason now sings and plays guitar when debaser play live and has even filled in for Andy, playing bass at one gig, confirming his status as a true mulit-instrumenalist. |
| Name : Andy MacLeod Instruments : Bass and ocasional backing vocals Joined : 8/99 Andy is the only remaining member of the nameless pre-debaser group that also contained Mikee and Euan. Andy's only writing contributuion to the debaser catalogue is the unreleased "Fire Alarm" which has never been played live. When Andy isn't in dbeaser he's probably firing missiles at other students in the O.T.C. or is giving the rest of the band lifts. |

| Name : Ross Thorburn Instruments : Guitar and vocals Joined : 8/99 Ross started playing the guitar after Mikee, Euan and Andy formed their first band and after that band broke up, he and Mikee persuaded them to get back together as debaser, and only took over vocal duties after no one else wanted to. Ross writes most of the songs, and since Mikee left has done most of the web site stuff (badly) too. |

| Name : Helen MacLeod Instrument : Guitar Joined : 8/02 Left : 9/03 Hellen (Andy's sister) briefly joined as a belated replacement for Mikee nearly a year after he left, when Ross and Andy decided the extra guitar would be a good idea. Hellen played 3 gigs with debaser, the first of these was at the Twa Tams on the 16th of August, 2002. Hellen is/was in another band called Flauze. Helen sort of left when we reverted back to a 3-piece after Jason returned from Australia. |
| Name : Grant Roper Instrument : Drums Joined : 8/02 Left : 9/03 & Rejointed: 6/04 Grant joined just before Jason left and made his live debut at the same gig as Helen, playing drums on "Scarlet Fever" and "Suzanne". Jason knew Grant from Perthshire Brass band (in which Jason played Euphonium) and recomended Grant as his replacement to Andy and Ross. Grant is also in another band called Submachine. Grant left when Jason came back from his year in Australia, but returned to the fold once again to fill in on the drums when Jason started singing and playing guitar live for debaser in June 2004. |
