Bob's Debbie's Chocolate Moosecake

Crust

1 � package of chocolate wafers crushed finely

OR

1/2 package of oreo crust crumbs

1/4 pound of butter

mix and press on bottom of cheesecake pan-use 9 inch pan

Chocolate Mousecake

1 pound of semi-sweet chocolate

4 egg yolks

4 egg whites

2 whole eggs

2 cups of whipping cream

Melt chocolate in double broiler or microwave�cool until warm

Meanwhile, beat cream until fluffy, eggs whites until stiff not dry..

To chocolate mixture add whole eggs 1 at a time, and egg yolks, beat gently�fold in � of cream mixture and � of egg mixture- fold in remained of cream and egg whites, use hands to mix together, pour into pan

Allow to set in fridge overnight

Top with shredded chocolate, rasberries or anything else!
