Generation 1                              John Moylan
John Robert Moylan was born Apr 1862 in TN. According to 1900 New Madrid Co., MO Census, his father was born in Ireland and his mother was born in TN. But the 1920 Census states both parents were born in Ireland. He had two sisters, Maude and Mollie.   He married Mary (Mollie) L. Atkinson on Aug 19, 1886, both parties of Fisher, in Pemiscot Co., MO. and was married at the minister's house.   His name was spelled Morlan in the records. John was a farmer who owned his land and was a member of the Masonic Lodge. John died Apr 14, 1934. John and Mary had six children:

Mary Atkinson was born Nov 16, 1870 in Alabama and died in 1940. Her father was Robert C. Atkinson, born Dec 16, 1834 in GA and died July 1, 1903. Robert's parents were both born in NC. Mary's mother was Amanda Cornelia Morgan, born Jan 8, 1838 in Wilcox Co., Alabama and died Apr 1, 1900. Amanda's parents were James Morgan born in NC abt 1805 and her mother Lucinda C. Unknown was born in GA abt 1812. Amanda was married prior to Robert Atkinson to Unknown Hicks and had a son, Thomas E. Hicks born in Alabama in 1862.

Generation 2                   Robert Carroll Moylan
Robert Carroll Moylan was Sep 20, 1892 in Portageville, MO. He married Lennie Ellis on Arp 12, 1917 in Point Pleasant, MO. He was a farmer. He died Jan 4, 1957. All their children was born in Portageville Mo They are:
         Robert Glenn, born March 22, 1918 and died 19    . He married Helen Fisher and                they have two sons
         Ruth Vera, born Nov 15, 1919. She married Fred Winklepleck on Jan 9, 1943 They             have no children
         Glenda Lucille was born Apr 6, 1921. She married Evert Cox and they have 3 sons
         Willie JT born Aug 12, 1923 and died            .He married Mary Durham, no                        children
         Johnny Burl born Nov 4, 1924 and killed in car accident in 1960. He married Lorene              Handley and they have two daughters
         *Elsie Pearl was born Oct 16, 1926 and died Mar 24, 1989. She married Glendle                    Elsworth and had 4 children
         Lillian Rachel born Dec 28, 1929 and was married numerous times and has one                    daughter
         Carroll Wade born Apr 9, 1931 He married Mary Lou Taylor.and has a son and a                   daughter
         Evelyn Sue born Jun 9, 1935 She married William "Bill" Wages. no children

Lennie Bell Ellis was born Feb 12, 1890 in Portageville, MO, daughter to Issac B. Ellis and Ruth Smith, daughter of Dr. Unknown Smith and Josephine Uknown . She had three sisters, Susie, Pearl, and Maggie Marie and twin brothers who died at birth. Her father was a dentist. Lennie died Apr 13, 1968

Pearl Moylan was born Oct 16, 1926 in Portageville, Mo. She married Glendle Elsworth on Oct 14, 1957 in Bernie MO. To this marriage he brought a daughter, Carolyn Lee, who was 6 yrs. old. and they had 2 sons and two daughter,
