Ingredients:
3 medium ripe tomatoes, chopped
1/3 cup thinly sliced fresh basil (OR 1 tsp dried basil leaves)
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
8 oz rotini pasta, uncooked
¾ cup Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping
Instructions:
Mix: tomatoes, basil, oil, garlic salt & pepper
Cook: Rotini as directed on package, drain
Toss: rotini with tomato mixture and grated topping. Serve immediately.
Alternatives: Tomato and Basil Salad ---
Prepare as directed, except rinse paste with cold water after cooking. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
Stir lighly before serving.
