| .:What DSAT expects of you as an individual... | ||||||||||
| The Death Strike Airsoft Team has neither the most requirements nor the least requirements of any airsoft team. What we expect from you is not unreasonable in any respect. We do, however, wish to stress professionalism on, and off the field. We therefor have the following list of standard equipment requirements and methods of conduct. | ||||||||||

| In order to come to the fullest potential, the team as a whole must look like a team. A uniform greatly contributes to looking like a team. Not wearing the proper uniform subtracts from the team's look as a whole, and in turn makes the team look less professional. As our goal is to have and aura of professionalis,iIf you come to an event without the proper uniform, you may be asked to leave depending on the nature of the event. Your team patch must also be clearly displayed on your uniform's left shoulder. The standard required Uniform is as follows: >>Woodland BDU Jacket (w/ patch) and Pants (3 color Desert is also HIGHLY recommended) >>Black Tactical Boots >>Black Tactical Vest >>Woodland Boonie and/or Kevlar Helmet >>Eye Protection There are many extra pieces of gear that we can recommend for you, but they are not required. This gear includes: Additional sets of BDUs (3color Desert, black, tactical tigerstripe, digital desert, digital woodland aka MARPAT), tactical kneepads, elbowpads, mesh mask/goggles, gloves, camelback, gear bags, tactical holsters... the list of gear could go on, and on. |

| .:Standard Method of Conduct: | ||||||||||
| The way an individual conducts himself, plays a major role in how others view the team as a whole. If you act in a negative fashion, you mirror that negativity onto the team. The standard minimum behavior expectations: >>Respect - not only other individuals, but the property you are on. >>If there is a problem, resolve it quickly, without causing a scene. Avoid any type of verbal and physical confrontation. Ask a CO for help resolve cosnflict if needed. >>Follow the rules of the field exactly, if there are no rules, use the DSAT rules. >>Keep you weapon unloaded and in its case/bag until we decide a loadout area, you may then take it out and begin loading. Taking your gun out in public view is an idiotic thing to do, and may result in you getting shot. >>Put your eye protection on as soon as you are within the vicinity of someplace a BB may come into. Eyesight is extremely valuable, and extremely hard to replace onve lost. >>Do not take your eye protection off until the game is over and a cease fire has been called. >>DO NOT FIRE YOUR WEAPON unless it is at someone during a game. >>THINK before you act. >>When you are in doubt, ask a CO. >>Obey the CO's via the Chain of command. DSAT's chain of command is as follows: Major(1)>Captian(2)>Lieutenant(3)>Seargent(4)>Private(5) A disregard for any of these standars will result in actions taken against the offender including but not limited to: probation, fines, and dismissal from the team. There may have been some things forgotten, so please do your best to represtent DSAT in a positive way. |
