Werewolf Specs
Rules and Regulations for Werewolves
Wolf Rules (Edited last: September 4, 2002)

methods of killing
1.) silver bullet / silver blade through the heart
2.) total dismemberment (Note: if a wolf is killed in this way, it won't
       come back as a vamp)

methods of hurting
   1.) silver objects
2.) guns/blades (like vamps, only stuns, leaves no lasting damage, unless
       silver)

factoids
1.) Sunlight forces wolves into their human form.
2.) Each wolf has a different Power Moon, depending on what moon is in the
sky at the time they were turned.  When this moon rises, the wolf has
       even more power then normal.
      a.) Full Moon (warriors)
b.) Gibbous Moon (rogues, and con men)
c.) Half Moon (mages and the shamans)
d.) Crescent Moon (pranksters and the trouble makers)
e.) New Moon (poets and philosophers)
3.) Wolves can NOT use guns, knives, or any other weapons while in werewolf
form.  They rely on their teeth and claws as their weapons.
4.) Wolves prefer wilderness to cities, but that doesn't mean they won't
       live in cities.
5.) The longer a wolf is around, the more they're human form becomes more
       animalisitc.
6.) Wolves tend to stick to a pack, but thre are still some that are loners.
7.) Wolves' powers consist of great strength, decreased aging process (they
age 1 year for every 5 years), greatly increased sense of smell and
direction, excellent night vision, the mindset of a wolf, including
hunting strategies and pack mentalities, very fast with great stamina
and durability (during a wolves' Power Moon, these powers are increased).
8.) A wolf in human form looks like a regular human (although they may not
       act like one).
9.) A werewolf can also take on a lupine (wolf) form, where it appears to be
       a normal wolf.
10.) A wolf in werewolf form is bigger than a grown man, stands on its hind
legs, has coarse fur covering its body, and it looks like a huge wolf,
only with the anatomical structure of a human, mostly.  The head is
wolf-like, with a long snout, pointy ears, etc.  They have glowing red
        eyes.
11.) To become a werewolf, there are three ways.
a.) Get bit by a werewolf and live.
b.) Summon the Wolf God for the power of the wolf (a tricky ritual which
mostly American Indians only know how to do).
c.) Through sexual intercourse (see factoid 16 below).
12.) Werewolves can mate with humans (while in human form themselves).
Any offspring will be a halfling.  They'll appear like a normal human,
but some of the wolf powers will shine through.  Through the proper
rituals they can learn how to transform into werewolf form, but they
have to perform the ritual each time they want to transform.
13.) Wolves from different moons have different powers.
a.) New Moons: mirror teleportation.  Native Americans believed that
mirrors trap your soul. Some wolves harness that power to send
themselves to others mirrors all over, but only mirros that have
been blessed by the wolf.  Some telepathic powers, reading minds,
            speaking to others through thoughts.
b.) Gibbous and Crescent Moons:  Sleight of hand.  They have quick
hands and are able to steal things easily.  Mechanical/Electronic
failure.  Can make mechanical and electronic devices fail by
            touching them.
c.) Full moons:  Auto-claw sharpening.  Able to make their claws very
sharp instantly.  Scent like water.  Makes them untrackable by any
            means.
d.) Half Moons: Animal communication.  Can talk to other animals and
force them to do their bidding.  Dream walker.  Can do a ritual to
            enter others' dreams.
14.) Wolves can communicate by howling.  They can announce their presence to
other wolves, call for help, challenge other wolves, etc.
15.) Wolves can recognize other wolves from their own Moon Phase.  Wolves
from the same Moon Phase kind of form a pack.
16.) If a wolf has unprotected sex with a human, the lycanthropic condition
has a chance of being passed on to the human.
17.) A person can be cured if they get infected (through being
bitten/clawed).  A concoction of melted silver, Wolfsbane, blood, and
some other herbs has to be applied to the wounds inflicted by the
werewolves for the duration of the moon cycle.  The infected person
will have an intense burning pain from the cure and will develop a
high fever and may even hallucinate.  By the third night, the fever
should subside, as well as any other symptoms and the infection should
be gone, but there isn't a 100% chance of success.  Someone infected
through sexual intercourse is fucked, literally and figuratively.
So remember, boys and girls, Safe Sex!  Hahaha.

If anybody thinks up any cool ideas, let me know.  Thanks to Frank who came up with a LOT of Wolf stuff.  - Indy
