When he was a teenager, his grandad gave him a book on spells and incantations. Taking a heavy interest in the subject, Rob grew to know quite a bit about it and learned many various, but wholly simple, spells, mostly for protection. Rob also got into drawing and photography when he was a teen and became quite good at that, also. When he turned 18, he picked up another hobby, tattoos. He ended up getting lots on his arms that he personally designed and eventually learned to do his own tattoos. From as early as he can remember, he's always been a horror movie fan. He saw The Omen in the theatre when he was 10 and he just kept going back to every single horror movie that came out since. He went to all the local video stores and rented all the horror movies they had. You might say, he was a bit obsessed, and still is. His house is filled with horror collectibles. One day, while heading to The Pier to check to see if anything new had come in at D&D Collectibles, he noticed a pawn shop with a 'Help Wanted' sign. Having just lost his job at a comic store (due to it closing down), Rob went in. The second he saw the inside of the place, he knew he had to work there. The owner was Oz, an older guy, but very cool in Rob's book. The two got along great and Rob was hired immediatly. Rob's been trying to convince Oz to set up a little corner in the shop for tattoos. |
