Proof of Existence
Lil sits in the back seat looking out the window as Chris drives to the wearhouse, she boredly drums her fingers on one of her guns. She finishes her smoke and flicks it out the window, looking up front. "So, how much farther is this wearhouse?" Chris turns down a corner and heads down into the industrial area of the town, coming up on a row of big warehouses. "Not much farther." He pulled up to one of them and parked. "In fact... we're here."

Josh is back in the shadows of the wearhouse, hearing a car pull up he looks at Sara. "Now remember what I said, watch your back. That bastard and his fucking sawed off shotgun, he'll shoot without hesitation. If you have to watch me for a little in the shadows to get a hang of it before you come in, you can."

Jon looked around, wondering if he should get out the night vision goggles or the glowstick for light. It was dark. He took a deep breath and let it out slowly. "Who are we after, then?"

Sara smiled in the shadows beside Josh. "Sounds to me, the best idea might be to catch him off guard and subdue him fast, before he has a chance to get his gun off." She too heard the car pull up. "Think that's him?"

Lil got out of the car and closed the door, she looked around. "So, where's the monsters?" She walked around. Chris looked over at Jon. "Hopefully, no one. I need to get my guns back before we actually go out to find a vamp." He got out of the car and went back to the trunk, opening it and taking out his sawed-off shotgun, checking to see if it was loaded. It was. He grabbed a few extra shells.

"Good plan, but if he's not alone it's a good way to get shot, or worse staked." He hear two doors close, just as he thought he wasn't alone. "He's too much of a wuss to come out alone. He knows I'll kick his ass if he does." He grinned.

Jon slipped his night vision goggles on and looked around. "Lil, we should have brought the Infra red goggles too....check for heat signatures of anything." Chris chuckled. "Dead things don't exactly leave heat signatures." "Neither do corpses, Chris." His tone was deadpan. Lil put on her night vision goggles and turned them on. "Come on you two, save it." She walked to the wearhouse. "Lets just get this shit done."

"So what's two or three mortals more?" she said. "Just that many more to hurt."

Chris starts to follow after Lil. "Right... maybe I should get me some of those goggles." Jon reached into another pocket. "I grabbed these before we left. Mazeltov." He handed a pair to Chris. Chris took the goggles, smirking. "Thanks." He put them on, then fumbled around with them. "How do you turn these things on?"

"Yes, but you have to keep in mind they can always outsmart you. It's best to be careful then charge in too fast." He looked over to her and softly ran his hand down the side of her face. "I'm just trying to make sure you don't get hurt, or killed."

Jon reached over and flicked the switch. A green light came on. "There."

She grinned at him. "The only one I want hurting me is you. So what's your plan?"

Lil looked at Chris and laughed. "You better be more better at killing dead things, or you're in the wrong business." "Thanks again," he said as the light came on. He turned to Lil. "What? It's not like I had some instructions to look over, now is it?" Jon drew his gun, frowning a little. "We should get a move on...we're burning moonlight...and it's a full one tonight."

"Well, depending on how many there are and how well they're armed, we pick them off one by one. Starting with that bastard Brit that won't die. I've got a score to settle with him." He heard the voices and readied himself.

Chris nodded. "Full moons are nice... they give you a little more light to see by. Not that you need it with these things. Alright, I'll go in first and you lot can follow." He headed towards the door he had entered a couple nights ago.

Sara nodded and fell silent, transforming, and getting ready to attack herself. This would be fun, she thought.

Jon Byers nodded and looked around, checking to see if anything was nearby. Lil followed behind the guys. "Oooooo, scary." She laughed. Chris stood in front of the door. He readied himself, then grabbed the handle in one hand and yanked the door open, raising the shotgun and moving inside.

"Get ready." He said to Sara, quietly. She nodded, ready.

Lil looked at Chris. "What you moving to the side for? It's like you're afraid the mobs in there or something." She walked past him into the warehouse, as she did she pulled both of her guns from their holster. Jon cocked his pistol. "Lil, don't you remember anything we do in Omega?" He looked over at Lil. "You know, being cocky and bold is an easy way to get yourself killed. You might not believe in monsters, but that's an easy way to get attacked by one."

Simone stood back, watching Chris and the others. New people....hmm....interesting.

Sara watched as the people entered, waiting for Josh to make the first move. She'd follow right behind him and help him bring them all down. Josh looked at Lil, she's new. He looked at Sara. "There's a newbie....perfect." He grinned devilishly.

She looked at Jon and Chris and rolled her eyes. "Shit, I'm sorry. Shall I go wait in the car so I don't see a rat or something? Jeez." "Bugger it, let's just find those bloody guns and get out of here." He walked further into the warehouse, his eyes scanning the floor, looking for his guns.

This should be easier then I thought, he waited for Chris to get closer.

Jon calmly took two steps into the warehouse, looking for anything. Lil let them take the lead as she readied her guns, she looked around. Chris walked further into the warehouse, his eyes locked on the ground. He just wanted to get those guns so they could leave. He didn't exactly have fond memories of this warehouse. "Come on... where are they?" Jon walked in a few steps more, seeing a dark splotch on the ground. He slipped his goggles off for a second and noticed it was dark brown. He ran a gloved finger across it and sniffed. "Blood." He said simply. "A lot of it from the looks of it."
