Diagnosis: Unknown
Chris pulled up in front of the apartments and got out. He headed up the stairs and knocked on Trenton's door. He didn't know quite what to expect, so he tried to ready himself for anything.

Trenton heard the knock and got up from the bed where he had been laying with Cam. He answered the door and waved Chris in. "She's in the bedroom. Needless to say, we're all a little freaked. Want anything to drink or anything?"

Chris shook his head. "No, thanks. Jon and Lil are at the hospital. They're being held overnight, at least. I feel like I've failed them, so the least I can do is try and make it up to Cam." He started to head back towards the bedroom. He looked in and over to the bed where Cam was. "Hey."

Cameron sat up in the bed, pulling the blanket over her legs. She looked a little bit paler than the last time Chris had seen her. "Hi Chris." She lit a smoke. "Thanks for coming over." She looked a little afraid.

He smiled. "No problem. What are friends for?" He noticed she was a bit paler, but that alone was no cause for alarm. There could be multiple reasons for that. "How're you doing?"

Trenton followed Chris back into the bedroom. He went over to the bed and sat down on it next to Cam.

She looked down. "I think I'm going nuts. Ask Dave what I've done tonight."

He looked over at Dave, who seemed to be pretty tired, then back to Cam. "I'd rather you tell me. Who better to give me your symptoms then you?"

She fidgeted with the blanket, then fidgeted with her hair. "I bit Dave...twice. Drew blood and actually enjoyed it."

"Okay... well, the two of you are a bit kinkier then the average couple. Or so it seems from what I hear on an almost nightly basis." He smiled a little.

"I didn't do it on purpose.....I actually sprouted little fangs and bit him." She looked down, trying to ignore the multiple pulses in the room.

"Fangs?" Now that worried Chris a bit, if it was true. "Can you show me?"

I'd rather not, she said to herself. "I drank his blood, Chris...ask him."

"Yea... she did," Trenton said, reluctantly. His eyes moved down to the ground.

"Well, you can't be a vampyre, if that's what you're thinking... cause they're dead. And you're not dead..." He paused for a moment. "Are you?"

She shook her head. "I have a pulse." She offered her arm to him. "Check for yourself if you want."

He took her arm and checked her pulse. "Yes, you do." He let go of her arm and looked at her. "Could you show me these fangs of yours?"

She looked at him, trying to make eye contact. If she stared at him long enough, maybe her eyes would change color like they had. "I can't make them come out...." She said frustratedly.

He smiled, kindly. "Cam... couldn't it be possible that you might be imagining it? You've been through some traumatic things. You've been bitten more times then probably anyone and you're still alive. Maybe your mind is tricking you into thinking you have fangs and that you need to drink blood."

She frowned, her eyes flashing hazel. "You think I'm nuts, don't you?" She was getting frustrated. Then she thought...yeah...rile me up, Chris....do it and I'll show you everything...

He shook his head. "No, not at all." Had her eyes just changed colors? "I'm just trying to come up with a rational explanation."

She took a drag from her smoke, her eyes going to hazel and staying there. "Great, so you're trying to be Scully...Look, I'm not delusional or anything, all right?" She said crossly, the fangs starting to show themselves. "I'm just a little scared that I might try to hurt somebody. Dave won't let me leave, and I'm tired of feeding on raw steaks from the Kash N Karry..." She growled...that's it...keep it up and I'll go after your throat next...although Dave's is sweet....sort of.

He tilted his head slightly, looking at her. "Cam, open your mouth again? Like, grin."

She pulled her bottom lip up. "Let me guess. I have something green stuck in my teech." She rolled her eyes.

He leaned in, taking a close look at Cam's teeth. "Good lord..." She was right. There were fangs. Not full fledged vampyre fangs, but certainly longer then the average human canines.

"So much for rational explanations, huh?" Trenton said, taking a look at Cam's fangs as well.

She closed her mouth. "Go ahead and stake me if you have to. I don't want to hurt anyone."

"I'm not going to stake you." Chris sighed. "This is just too bizarre. You're exhibiting some vampyre traits, but you're not a vampyre. Um..." He shook his head. "This is new to me."

She looked down, annoyed and completely frustrated. "Dave, tell him what you saw." She said, her voice wavering..almost like she was on the brink of tears. She felt a few tears roll down her cheeks, but was afraid to see if it was blood or not.

He sighed heavily. "I saw her eyes change color and the fangs. I felt the fangs, too. They're definitely real. She had... bloody tears."
