A halfling is what a half-blooded werewolf or half-blooded vampire is referred as. Halflings are created when a human (through various ways) is only half turned.
(Note: Power Moons and Blood Types do not effect Halflings in the same way they do regular vamps and wolves. The powers gained from the Power Moon or Blood Type is not as great.)
