Krocht simply plays grim yet melodic black metal with atmospherically keyboards. This 4 tracks CD is limited to 300 hand numbers & mine is no 222. I might say they’re influenced by the old-Dimmu Borgir, & slightly of Emperor. The intro really impressed me; they manipulated the sounds of keyboards with female voice at the back. The music is melodic excessively with harmonic keyboards, shrieking vocalization but the drum sound too tired & hiding behind the noisy guitar. I’m impressed with their keyboards; they know how to manipulate it to get a real melancholic but atmospheric sound. All 3 songs in this promo are written in Dutch. Each songs running around 5 to 7 minutes. It’s actually not really interest in me because this kind of music just not my cup of tea. www.krocht.com, [email protected]
