Finally, this Singaporean Vedic metal band released their fourth album with a very weird title. They still continue the journey with Hinduism & Sanskrit scripture. After having experimental in Kurukshetra, they are back to their own sound as what in The Aryan Crusade; Vedic percussion, mantras & the vocalist also sang something in Sanskrit. But somehow, Brahmavidya is far away better than The Aryan Crusade especially in term of sound productions. The blazing lead guitar & drum beat have a similarity to Nile but Nile is about Egyptian but Rudra on the other side with their own Hinduism, but that could be an attraction or somewhat can also be call the originality of Rudra. There’s also an acoustic song feature a languish vocalization of a female Indian. Rudra improved & progressed very well & Brahmavidya is another important episode of their Vedic journey. www.demonzend.com
