The band originally found in 1994 as Profanatica, later on changed to Salacious Gods because sharing the same name with US’ Profanatica. This is their fourth release & the band has play together with Enthroned, God Dethroned, Destroyer 666, Watain, Impiety etc. The band plays simply & straight to the face black thrashing metal in the vein of Bathory meets Nocturnal Breed & Samael and even thrashing touch like Kreator. They have reduced the sound of keyboards instead focusing on guitar orientated & they have added another second guitarist. It’s sound aggressive & fast black metal but with very interesting guitar orientated especially in songs like ‘Black Bile Desecration’ or ‘Sarin Attack’. There are few songs written in Dutch & actually the album title is also a Dutch word. The sound production is yet-raw but its pretty suit that kind of music they play.
