This is actually the re-release of long-time sold-out 1997 demo tape but it offers a bonus, it’s combined together with the tracks of a brand new EP entitled ‘Asinslauks’ which’s a Latvian word means Bloodfield. They originally play primitive pagan black metal with dark & atmospheric music compose in the Norwegian style ala-Immortal & Mayhem and combine with their own Latvian folk elements. Sometimes it’s also sound like Bathory or old_marduk. While the tracks for ‘Asinslauks’ recorded in a new musical direction of their own. It’s tended to death & thrash metal with harsh vocal, not the dry-shrieking vocalizations anymore. This is their musical evolution after a decade of existence but they never leave the folk element as it’s still present in that EP. The riffs are still grim & melancholic. This CD starts with an intro & end with an outro with the same title. The intro is an original track from the debut demo while the outro is recorded with more depressive mood.
