hello there fleshgrinder!!! how are u?

I'm good thanks for asking

finally fleshgrind signed again with century media & olympic recs,what's  the thing that struck u to sign again with them? Good promotion and disteribution before you're already sign with them, did u get any offer from other label? why you refuse to make a deal with them? 

Well we didnt really have any other offers we wanted to to take and for now this is the best for us bascially Century Media bought out Olympic and now will be a sublabel of Century Media

in this upcoming may, fleshgrind will enter the studio again for the  upcoming 3rd album, "Murder Without End". have u arranged which studio & how about the cost budget for that?

We be recording at Studio One with Chris Djuricic which he has done such bands as Gorgasm, Jungle Rot, Orgin, Incestous and others and Century media has arranged a budget for the recording

u enter the studio in may & expect to release the album in august, is it enough to make the whole process of this album like recording, mixing, cover artwork, publishing & else in just 3 months?

Well actually we have to have everything ready so as we get out of the studio by the end of May, now our release date might be pushed back to September anyway...

the last album, "The Seeds Of Abysmal Torment" release in 2000, more than 2 years ago. Don't u think that it was a long time after the release until this August for the new album? why the long wait?

We lost our drummer Alan from the Seeds cd and we're out a drummer for 4 months, until we got Derek then we were able to really start writing and composing the new songs.

are u still staying in the root of fleshgrind same in the 2 albums before, the "Destined For Defilement" & "The Seeds Of Abysmal Torment" or for this 3rd album, there will something changing or is there any improvement that u wiil bring this album? can u describe to me depthly about this upcoming album? 

Well yes we are sticking to Fleshgrind fashion grind to groove and theres alot of grind in the new one. We have been working really hard on this one and i guarantee it will be worth the wait. I've done my homework on this cd and the vocals I've done alot of pre-prodution on so that the vocals are very diverse and well thought out with 9 differnet brutal vocal styles all in one cd trying new brutal vocals styles, and surpassing any of my other recordings most of the songs have at leat 3 differnt vocal styles on each song and one of the songs has 8 differnet styes on one song just amazing.., the songwriting has stepped up to the plate too, much better songwriting, more METAL!

You've listed several songs for this upcoming album like "Duct Taped And Raped", "Perversion of Innocence", "Enslaved to my Wrath", & "Pistolwhipped". Can u  describe to me about the songs one by one? 

"Duct Taped & Raped" very fast grind to groove song five or six differnt vocal styles on this one very fast song with good break downs, "Perversion of Innocence", this song is very fast melodic with lots of grind and alot of groove and many vocals on this one as well... "Enslaved to my Wrath", very grind to groove, very catchy chorus part, one of my favorite songs ...wait and hear the record! haha!

until this 2003, it was 10 years of Fleshgrind existed in the grindcore  genre, is this 3rd album as the celebration of this 10 years?

no we are just slow writers and we do the band for fun thats how it always have been .. ten years is a big thing to celebrate as most underground bands from the early 90 are not around anymore...

since u've evolved & survived in the scene since 10 years ago, with 2  successful release, how do u think that the band has matured? do u satisfied  of what Fleshgrind has achieved?

yes I'm very happy what we have accomplished but there all so much more we havent done yet and will continue to do, we still have lots to do with Fleshgrind before we go anywhere...

in this april, united guttural recs will re-release of your remastered debut  album, "Destined For Defilement", what's the thing that caused this re-release? what's the different of this re-release version & the original version?

well it will actully be out in June/July ...it has been digatally remastered so it sounds 10 times better than orginally! 10 times heavier and thicker! and the layout will change a little bit 

don't u ever thinking to re release the old demo like "Holy Pedophile", or "Sorrow Breeds Hatred...Bleed On Me"?

Yes we have been wanting to do this for awhile, this should be out by the winter time hopefully, we need to find the master to Holy and then get everything mastered, so it might take a little time, but it will happen....

in this upcoming august after the release of this 3rd album, Fleshgrind will hit the road for tour again of it. Have u arranged the tour dates & where it will start?

yes we plan to hit the road... no plans yet but im sure a US and European tour will follow ...

how long that this tour wil gone & until where it will happen & what will u expect about it?

im not sure how long the tours will be yet

do u haved arranged or get any chance to tour around asia?

no, but if someone paid for our plane tickets we would be there to play..no problem! we'd love it!

what's the band that u respect the most in the world? why? 

hard to say... theres alot great bands out there that work really hard, one of my favorite bands is Cephalic Carnage... super hardworking bands and the live set inspires me everytime i see them, i never get sick of seeing them play... good friends of mine

what does grindcore really mean to you?

extreme music in an art form, controlled chaos...

have u ever heard anything from here in asia especially in my area malaysia, south east asia?

not too much to be honest with you, but its good to know our scene exists around the entire world!

so,fleshgrind what would u expect about this upcoming album in august? what did u hope by it?

Expect it to do well and i think all our fans world wide will be happy with this
