Striking Midnight
bassist of the band, and webmaster of this site. I am announcing here today on May 13th, 2005, that I am leaving the band. This is due mainly to a lack of contact from other band members and the fact that I've lost a lot of trust I once had in them. Also, I just don't like the direction we're going in, which right now appears to be straight down. I think that we've wasted a lot of time and don't have nearly as much to show for it as we should. I don't know if the other members will try to keep the band going or not. If they do, good luck, but honestly I don't think they take it seriously enough to make it work. If they do go on, I would expect it to be under a different name, since "Striking Midnight" was my name idea, and that's something I want to take with me. So basically, as of right now, Striking Midnight is no more. Posted to the upper right is a link to a page I have written about the history of the band, including every member the band has ever had(it's alot!), and a bit more details of the events that ultimately led to my decision to leave the band.
