Here we have a desert-dwelling Medusa demon. They were named for their ability to turn creatures to stone just by looking at them, like the Medusa of Greek myth. Masters of illusion, they will often lead on their prey with visions of water before wither devouring them whole, tearing them to shreds, or turning them to stone out of sheer boredom. They love to play with their food.
