The following is a list of all people known to have been, at one time or another, a Death Eater, to the best of my knowledge. Some of the full names are not known, so the list is in alphabetical order by last name. There may also be a bit of information about the person. Warning: this page may contain spoilers, as it has been updated for book four.

Avery- Claiming he was under the Imperius Curse, he was cleared of all charges.
Crabbe- cleared of all charges
Crouch, Bartemius Jr.- After being convicted, he was sent to Azkaban. However, he escaped, and was killed soon after he was caught by a dementor's kiss.
Dolohov, Antonin- caught by the Ministry
Goyle- cleared of all charges
Karkaroff, Igor- After being convicted and sent to Azkaban, he renounced our Dark Lord and turned in several fellow Death Eaters in exchange for his freedom.
Lestranges- married couple, caught by the Ministry, convicted, and sent to Azkaban
Macnair- cleared of all charges, currently working for the Ministry
Malfoy, Lucius- Although he never renounced the Dark Arts, he was cleared of all charges.
Mulciber- caught by the Ministry
Nott- cleared of all charges
Pettigrew, Peter- After faking his own death to avoid cature, he rejoined our Dark Lord and helped to return him to power.
Rookwood, Augustus- An unspeakable for the Department of Mysteries, he was turned in by Karkaroff.
Rosier- killed by Aurors
Snape, Severus- He betrayed our Dark Lord before his downfall and became a spy for the non-believers.
Travers- caught by the Ministry
Wilkes- killed by Aurors
