Realize that you�ll be riding an emotional roller coaster and that
such feelings as guilt, envy, fear, anxiety, anger, resentment,
frustration, shame, loneliness and embarrassment are understandable
Take care of your health. Eat right. Get enough sleep. Continue
exercising or start.
Find someone who will listen. That�s one of the most important
things you need right now is someone to listen to you.
Take time off. Don�t feel guilty because you need some time off
from the situation. It will be better for everyone in the long run.
Keep in touch with your feelings and give them some freedom. It�s not
good to keep yourself completely closed off from everything especially your
feelings.
