400.gif (1005 bytes) Find someone who will listen. That�s one of the most important things you need right now is someone to listen to you.

400.gif (1005 bytes) Take time off. Don�t feel guilty because you need some time off from the situation. It will be better for everyone in the long run.

400.gif (1005 bytes) Keep in touch with your feelings and give them some freedom. It�s not good to keep yourself completely closed off from everything especially your feelings.
