| Feel every part of your physical self. Move your consciousness from the center of your mind (or whereever). Concentrate on this until you are fully aware without your eyes open. Move your consciousness all around your body and back to the center. This assures there is no rigidity. If you have trouble finding your center then explore until your mind rests somewhere. Find out more about this area before proceeding. This could be where ever you can feel the greatest equilibrium of the flow of force going inside outside and around you. Let it expand to encompass your entire self. You are aware of your entire self at once. Let it expand around you to encompass your space, your aura. Forget your physical limitations. Forget where you have built them upon yourself. Who do you imagine yourself to be? How do you find yourself spiritually and mentally appearing at the moment? Take up moving around your consciousness to increase flexibility in movement. When these can be felt distinctly from themselves, remember the consciousness of your physical body. Focus upon turning on the awareness, the consciousness and control over every single cell, fibre, and atom of existance because it's you. Work on switching over one consciousness to the other. |
