Setting up gods and guides
Gods- Create god(s) in your image, or what you want your image to be. Note all qualities and traits (including personalities and appearances he may have). This could be absolutely anything. Then it is good to present this information to your teacher if you have one, so that more personal studies may be developed. If you do not have one, then concentrate upon them existing. Every day seeing their energy grow into your life. Seeing them become stronger and more intelligent. Whenever you think it is close to time, call their name out upon the Oija board, to see if they respond. Eventually you might be able to just summon them whenever you need to.
If it helps then create statues for them. Be sure to create a symbol for them as well. The more detail you put into them, the stronger they will become.
Guides-When you have chosen your sources of power, within them settle your mind. Ask for a guide. Make communication and connect with the first voice you hear in the void of wherever you are. Do this for each one of course.
Then it is suggested to make contact with one that has no affiliation with any. Clear your mind and make it clear within that this is what you are looking for.
Your Wieght
Sit down and turn you attention inward. Concentrate on what it feels like to be you. Write alll this down if necessary. Do this daily.
It is recommended if you are just beginning to, to jog or beat someone up and do anything in which you can feel your weight. Then sit down, once again and contemplate upon feeling your weight for as long as possible. Do this daily.
