What was this?
In the woods was I after a long day and night. Evening was it Bold and brash was the wind Enough to cause me not to smoke
To listen to what could creep by In my silence, and mental clarity Just listening seeking what anything had to say That is when it came
First a rustling behind me In a flash I turn to see a moving reflection Nothing did I see it come from being And no where did I see it go
A black spider crawls about my legs While dusky sparrows 6 fly by in pairs Ever did the wind blow fiercly As if desiring to arrest me against a tree Suddenly passing before me, from no where behind came to be A figure Completely blackened, as black as pitch darker than the night the carry no recognizable human features It's face was longer, On two legs it stood, a body spindly Stopped and turned, Then faded into nothing
