Self Directed Lifelong Learner ESLR Reflection II
Although the history paper, on which I am currently working,  is probably the best example, another close competetor has to be the plethora of chemistry lab reports I have had to do this year. I am not, by any means, the neatest individual when it comes to penmanship. And so naturally it was a crippling blow when I found out that I had to be extremely careful in writing with pen in the lab notebook. A lab notebook consists of numerous pages which are composed of 2 seperate pages so when you write on it, it bleeds through and makes two copies. This means that ANY stray marks made on the front compy will bleed through and infect the second copy (which is the one we had to turn in). Besides the simple fact of being neat, all calculations had to be 100% correct and flawless if I was to recieve full credit. Such forced neatness and precision will surely carry on and throughout my life as a learning experiance I will never forget.
