*All expenses on making a call are covered by a customer

*A minimal 50 US$ pre-payment is required for making 3-way phone call translation.

*If the call does not take place for the reason of line busy, etc., 5 US$ is charged from the customer as a payment for the time spent by the translator on making a call.
