AUSTRALIAN PAELLA: Using 100% Australian ingredients, Dear Paella has created the first typical Australian Paella. Kangaroo, rabbit, mushrooms, yabbies and oysters will guarantee a spectacular rice. 

FIDEAU: It's a seafood paella where noodles are used instead of rice, providing a very soft texture. Healthy dish very popular in all the Mediterranean coast.

TROPICAL PAELLA: Dear Paella creates a special combination of tropical fruits, vegetables and seafood so you can enjoy all the Caribbean flavours.

PASTA "TOPIA" PAELLA: Under the influence of the classical Italian Gastronomy, Dear Paella cooks for you the first paella in the world with pasta. It also has red sausage salami(chorizo), chicken, vegetables and mussels for your enjoyment of a unique and unforgettable meal.

BUSH TUCKER PAELLA: It's another type of Australian paella. Bush Tucker paella displays a great Aborigine influence. It's a special paella for special people. Its main ingredients are beef, emu,Barramundi, mushrooms, and Macadamia nuts.
