And it doesn't stop there. They listen to your phone calls and read your mail. They know what you think and when you think it, and more and more, they're even making you think what you think!
Big Brother, right? You think I'm talking about the government? Oh yeah, sure, they're not lily-white in all of this, especially with all that "Vote for Me; I'll screw you less!" bullshit, but at least we've got the Bill of Rights to slow them down. (Say what you want. I know it's not perfect, but it's the best set of rights ever granted a people. If you don't think so, there's a BIG gap in your education. I suggest you close it for your own well-being.)
No, not the government. I'm talking about Big Business. They employ hundreds of thousands of people whose only job it is is to find out what you're thinking. And hundreds of thousands more to make you think what they want you to think. ("Guns don't kill people..." Heard that one? Of course they don't, Stupid! Bullets do! And why does every kid have to wear $90 Nikes...and why do their parents follow along like a herd?) And not only are there no laws to stop them, THERE NEVER WILL BE! (Congressmen have to buy their kids those sneakers, too.)
One more thing: Maybe you don't care about any of this, but you should. If you don't, one of these days, THEY'LL EAT YOU!
