| Suburbia is a new soap which is currently in the very early stages of pre- production. It is expected to hit tv screens in 2005/6. It will offer something different than "Coronation Street" and "Eastenders" and will deal with issues that havn't been touched upon faithfully before. Suburbia is set in the suburbs of Manchester focusing on the lives of a number of people who are connected in some way or another. The show will be set around the Gregory, Phillips, Emerson, Mills, Thomas and Monday families. The soap will deal with issues such as the supernatural, pregnancy, sexuality, death, addictions and alcoholism. |
