Step 1:
Open the car pic of you choice
Step 2:
Click the Lasso tool and select like so. (it doesn't have to be neat at this time)
Step 3:
Now Copy and paste.
Step 4:
Now while holding CTRL press down to where you want it lowered.
Step 5:
Now use the eraser tool to clean it up
Step 6:
Now we are done:
