
WHITE CASTLES
1 & 1/2 pounds of ground beef
1 envelope dired onion soup mix
1 (10-3/4 oz) can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 lb of Valveeta cheese, cut in cubes
50 dollar rolls (5 dozen)
Fry the ground beef and drain. Add onion soup, mushroom soup & cheese.
Cook over low heat until cheese is melted and mixture is hot.
Heat over at 350 degrees. Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Please bottom of rolls on sheet and spread mixture on rolls. Cover with tops of rolls. Cover securely with another sheet of aluminum foil. Bake 15 minutes.
Burgers can be assembled ahead and frozen. Thaw in refrigerator before banking.
You can serve directly from pan without the baking. My boys don't like to wait for the baking part. These are great for the holidays and those super bowl parties.
