Pineapple Drop Cookies

1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup crushed pineapple drained
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg

Drain pineapple and keep juice
Cream sugar and butter.
Add egg and beat well. Add vanilla and pineapple.
Add baking powder and soda to flour and add to the mixture.
Fold in nuts. Drop on a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degree for 12 - 15 minutes.

FROSTING: Using a few teaspoons of the pineapple juice,
add powdered sugar until desired consistency.
