EASTER HAM
1 Ham
1 can coca-cola
1 can crushed pineapple in syrup
1/2 cup brown sugar
Put ham in pot with thick bottom.
Add coke and simmer for about an hour
turning several times.
Let cool in coke, remove and place in baking dish.
Cover with brown sugar and crushed pineapple.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes uncovered
Let stand overnight or several hours in refrigerator
Remove pineapple and slice ham
I have never tried this recipe
