COCONUT EASTER EGGS
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 lb oleo or butter
3 boxes confectioners sugar
1 box schredded coconut
Mix well and roll into egg shapes
Set one hour before dipping
DIP:
5 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate
3 squares bitter chocolate
Melt into double boiler and dip immediately.
Let stand after dipping to harden
makes about 70 medium eggs
