| Snow? Oh no - we can't handle snow! St. Louis hasn't seen snow of this
magnitude in a long long time. We got about a foot in most areas today.
There were 400 school closings, including the elementary school where i'm
teaching 2 days a week and my college campus.
The good news: One of my finals was completely canceled today! There wont even be a make up day - hallelujah! I did next to nothing today. I'm surprised
I even got dressed. I could definitely get used to this. And
you know what - I've decided not to work during winter break this year.
Yes, I'm actually taking a much needed and well deserved 4 week long vacation!

All of this snow is really going to hurt my Coffee Shop addiction. For those of you that don't know - while in college I've developed a serious addiction to sitting in coffee shops doing homework, reading, writing or talking to friends. I've had some of the best conversations in my life at coffee shops. (The rest of the best conversations happen in bed with Joel - damned if we don't have the longest and deepest conversations right before we go to bed) Anyway - can't go out until all this snow clears.... I hate snow. |
