12/11/00: It's A Journal Thing
| You would think that I would have learned my lessons by now - but
no! Here I am again, doing the journal thing. I used to do this - but I
couldn't keep up with the updates. What makes me think I can keep up with
them now? Absolutely nothing.
Counting down the days until 2001. It will be quite an exciting year for me! First of all, I'm finally graduating from college! (Let the loan repayments begin!) Then, a few short months later, Joel and I will be getting married. MARRIED - yup. I should be a lot more worried about this, but I'm not. You will see a lot about "the wedding" if you continue to check in on my life. Want to hear something really cool that recently happened to me? I used to have a very close friend named Amy. We met in Jr. High School and were friends for 6 years. Then suddenly we lost contact! Almost 3 years later I saw her little brother at subway. I gave him my phone number and Amy called me that day. I'm very happy about this! I hate it when people you care about suddenly drop out of your life. I often though, "man, I wish Amy were here to see me get married!" She was always a good friend to Joel and me. So now we are talking and spending some time together. That is the coolest thing that happened to me this month so far . . . Stay Tuned.
